The Danish Riviera and Arne Jacobsen

Copenhagen is impeccably designed and impossibly efficient, the people who live in Copenhagen know how to live.

Everywhere you go you are surrounded by considered design.  As expected there was a lot of Arne Jacobsen architecture and furniture to see but there was also a mass of quirky design on show too; the Fox hotel sporting a fantastic Quinze & Milan installation to name just one.

Oooh and the chairs - there were designer chairs everywhere and Gubi chairs stole the show in pretty much every coffee shop, restaurant, waiting room - even the airport - serious furniture porn ;)

A trip to the Paustian called us all down!
