Natalie Gray, NoChintz Creative Director featured in the Manchester Evening News last week. Natalie was asked to talk about Interior Design and how to be successful at it.
''to stand out from the crowd in interior design, you will need to have natural creative flair and vision. You will also need to be a good negotiator, have diplomacy and lot of enthusiasm....It is quite a competitive industry, and experience counts for everything, I would advise anyone trying to break into interior design to get as much work experience and build up as many contacts as possible. It is also important to keep up with the latest design trends and enroll on as many extra courses as possible - such as computer aided design - to boost your skillset.
